Centering is the #1 PSA 10 killer for Base Set — most copies come off-center left-to-right. Shadowless prints (thinner shadow behind the art frame) trade at 3–5x Unlimited. 1st Edition stamps command another 5–10x on top of Shadowless. Always check the back centering — Base Set backs are notoriously miscut.

Look at the right side of the art frame — Shadowless has no drop shadow, Unlimited has a thick gray shadow. Shadowless also has thinner HP text and no copyright year on the bottom.
